Shipping Information
As a small home bakery, we bake everything fresh to order. To make sure your cookies arrive at their best, we currently dispatch orders twice a week.
Dispatch Days:
We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Order Cut-off Times:
For Tuesday dispatch, please order by 10:00am on Sunday
For Thursday dispatch, please order by 10:00am on Tuesday
If you place your order after these times, it will be sent on our next dispatch day.
Delivery Method:
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.We always aim for your cookies to arrive quickly, but please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control.
